How do I start my project?

Home Design projects are always a product of concept, whether based on monetary necessity for resale and/or for personal gratification.....normally tied into probable designated funds. We help by proposing project designs that are within your conceptual strategy, that conform to your budgetary constraints........Initial Consultations are always free....This way we will all be on the same page....at the same time!!

How do I take my concept and turn it into a design?

We start by designing your space and what goes into it....allowing for comfortable egress, aesthetics, lighting and flow of movement...next we take into account the space necessary for the utilities and walled areas to function......this process evolves into the space that we have to work with to accomplish your design goals....with larger projects these designs become floor plans.....which we then get government permitted.....and we then construct and create your actual designed project!!

Custom Home Steps: from concept to completion?

1. Initial Meeting, determine design, project and estimate costs.

2. Work up a viable contract with work, products and installations specified, with all special order products and services to be provided. A deposit  is required at this time. 

3. Procure working construction blueprints and submit to the appropriate Government entity to get permits, and approvals to begin construction.

4. Get permit approvals and HOA approvals.

5. Depending on the size of the project.....we have a dumpster, a product storage pod and a port-o-let delivered to site....demolish and remove existing products for new products selected to be installed.

6. Install all "rough in" initial plumbing, electrical and HVAC....

7. Complete new construction with payments upon completion throughout construction.

8. Do final walk through with Clients, complete spec-out.

9. Lien releases submitted to client for sign-off and final invoice for last payment.

10. Project completed.
